Remember: you have the same hours in the day as Beyoncé (or Bill Gates, or JK Rowling, or whoever you admire–you get the point). Deciding what to do with those hours is the problem for most of us. If you were to sit down and evaluate how you spend most of your time per day, you might be surprised by all the ways you’re self-sabotaging your schedule.
The number of hours in a day might be set in stone, but building good work day habits around those hours is something you do have control over. The key to making the most of the time in each day is identifying those costly time traps before they happen so you can successfully avoid them.
